The project — which began in 2023 and was completed in 2024 — included the construction of large aluminum openings from the S37-MD67 and M630 series. To complete the installation, corner-frame doors and an exterior pivot door were also added.

More specifically, an application study of ALUMIL M630 systems with water drainage was carried out. Corner systems of large dimensions were installed in the living room of the residence to maintain an uninterrupted view without intermediate columns. An M7 curtain wall system was also installed at the main entrance, along with a PIVOT SD115 door.

For the installation, special project machinery was used, such as a crane truck and robotic installation equipment, ensuring safe and high-quality placement.
